05/09/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission is expected to decide on Wednesday to send letters of formal notice to France, Germany, Portugal and Luxembourg for not having communicated their laws for the transposition of the directive on gas liberalisation in force since 10 August (see EUROPE of 9 August, p.3).
