French groups ALSTOM and THOMSON-CSF are to pool ALSTOM CONTRACTING and TGI - THOMSON GESTION IMMOBILIERE, their facility management subsidiaries, within a jointly and equally held undertaking in order, above all, to meet the growing demand from their European customers. The new entity is expected to make an annual turnover of over EUR 150 million.
