Strasbourg, 05/09/2000 (Agence Europe) - For the first time, a President of the Knesset and the President of the Palestinian Legislative Council spoke one after the other during a session of the European Parliament. The Parliament President, Nicole Fontaine, welcomed this event, without precedent in the life of the institution, due also to the emissary action of Luisa Morgantini, President of the delegation for relations with the Palestinian Council.
