05/09/2000 (Agence Europe) - The Conference of Presidents of the Political Groups of the European Parliament has decided to receive, on 5 October, on the fringe of the next plenary session in Strasbourg, the newly elected President of Mexico, Vicente Fox, who will take up his duties on 1 December. Vicente Fox should be meeting several European Commissioners the same day.
