ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) distribution

The GO SPORT and COURIR chain of shops, two brands for the distribution of sports articles within the RALLYE group, are to merge to form the second largest specialised distributor in this sector quoted behind DECATHLON in Europe. The move will be carried out through a public exchange offer of 5 COURIR shares for 6 GO SPORT shares. The new entity will take on the name of GROUPE GO SPORT and expect an annual turnover of EUR 669 million with a network of 252 shops and 4;350 employed.
