Dutch holding company HAGEMEYER and the Dutch electronics group GETRONICS are negotiating future cooperation on their domestic market in the distribution sector for information technology equipment. To this end, they will pool their two subsidiaries, CODIS and DATELCOM respectively, within a joint venture that will result in an annual turnover of EUR 450 million, with 225 employed.
