General Affairs Council to discuss Balkans, Russia and Zimbabwe

Brussels, 07/07/2000 (Agence Europe) - The General Affairs Council to be chaired for the first time by Hubert Védrine will focus on external relations. The session will open at 9h30, with an "open debate" devoted to the Presidency's programme on the Western Balkans. We give below an overview of the points of this kind on the agenda of the session.
