The British group PEARSON has announced the purchase, through its subsidiary FT KNOWLEDGE, of the American vocational training firm THE FORUM CORPORATION (turnover of some $74 million for the year ending in April) for $90 million. The combined turnover of the two companies will represent over $10 million this year.
