This Wednesday Parliament should approve reform of linen and hemp sector according to Fischler/Schierhuber compromise

Strasbourg, 04/07/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Parliament's plenary has been invited, this Wednesday, to close its examination of the European Commission proposals relating to reform of the Common Market Organisation (CMO) in the Linen and Hemp sectors. This vote is especially awaited to the extent that it allows the Agriculture Council to continue negotiations on this reform and on the institutional prices package for the 2000-2001 harvest year, negotiations that have been postponed...
