The American group TEXAS INSTRUMENTS has taken over DOT WIRELESS, specialised in cordless technology, in a transaction through an exchange of shares evaluated at $475 million. The company, that employs some 75 people, will be integrated in TEXAS INSTRUMENTS' cordless division.
