The shareholders of the groups CONCENTRA HOLDING and IMPERIAL INVEST have concluded an agreement in view of the two companies merging. This rapprochement will take the form of an exchange of shares, on the basis of 1 IMPERIAL INVEST share to 3.71 CONCENTRA HOLDING shares.
