ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) temping

The Belgian temping company CREYF'S INTERIM has acquired all the shares of the Austrian group APS - ALPHA PERSONAL SERVICE (turnover EUR 5 million in 1999), specialised in temporary work. APs will be integrated into BGT PERSONAL SERVICE, the Austrian subsidiary of CREYF'S. The price of the transaction was not disclosed.
