N° 2196: Feira Summit sets out "European Charter" for small enterprises

The texts approved by the European Council on 19 and 20 June in Feira (Portugal) include the "European Charter for Small Enterprises". With this text, the Heads of State and Government aim to implement principles already stated and restated on several occasions on the importance of small companies for the European economy in general and for employment in particular.
