Brussels, 22/06/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has authorised British Telecom (BT) to take over full control of the Dutch company Telfort Holding, which was previously under the joint control of BT and the Dutch company NS Groep (operating, like BT, in the telecommunications sector).
