The Belgian group TRACTEBEL announced that its Brazilian subsidiary GERASUL acquired for USD 72 millions the 48.75% stake held by the Brazilian construction company ODEBRECHT in the ITASA holding. This holding owns 61% of the hydroelectric power station ITA being built, the remaining 39% are in the hands of GERASUL.
