The Scandinavian fund specialised in "management buy out" INDUSTRI KAPITAL acquired ALFA LAVAL (turnover of EUR 1.6 billion in 1999 with 11.000 employees), the subsidiary of the Swedish equipment goods maker TETRA LAVAL.
