The Belgian group TELINDUS has carried out the following operations: i) the acquisition of France's CF6 (Euro 10.6 million turnover in 1999, workforce of 100) specialising in network security; ii) the acquisition of Switzerland's GUTENBERG COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEMS (Euro 8.2 million turnover in 1999) specialising in installing networks and Internet technology; iii) taking a 5 million dollar (7%) stake in the Israeli start-up company SPEARHEAD.
