22/06/2000 (Agence Europe) - The CDU MEP Michael Gahler, who will be leading a delegation of observers from the European Parliament, which will be in Zimbabwe on the 24 and 25 June to follow the elections, launched a plea for these elections to take place in a free and fair manner, so stabilising the situation in this country linked to the European Union by the ACP/EU Convention.
