EU Banking Federation renews its complaint over aid to "Livret Bleu" from "Credit Mutuel" in France

Brussels, 13/04/2000 (Agence Europe) - The Banking Federation of the European Union (FBE) this week renewed its complaint against State aid to "Livret Bleu", a monopoly of "Credit Mutuel" in France. The FBE considers that "Credit Mutuel" has received undue aid through: i) tax exemptions on deposits placed in "Livret Bleu", of which it is the sole beneficiary, ii) compensations paid to "Credit Mutuel" by the "Caisse des depots et consignation" for the collection of "Livret Bleu" funds...
