Strasbourg, 13/04/2000 (Agence Europe) - The stabilisation of South East Europe is the priority European Union external mission. This was affirmed by Jan Joost Lagendijk (Dutch Green member) in his report on the Commission's communication on the process of stabilisation and association in favour of the countries of the region.
