ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) equipment

In Italy, INTERLAC SPAC (BIESSE group, which made a turnover of 600 billion lira in 1999) has acquired all the BUSETTI group, specialised in the production of glass polishing machines. The operation will increase the INTERLAC turnover by 12 billion lira more, a turnover that should reach 30 billion within three years.
