ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) privatisation

- Spain: SEPI (State Company for Industrial Shares) has awarded the privatisation of ENSB - EMPRESA NACIONAL SANTA BARBARA, specialised in armaments, to the American giant GENERAL DYNAMICS. The operation will cost the latter 1 bn pesetas, with it undertaking to invest 10 bn pesetas in the company.
