The group AMEX - AMERICAN EXPRESS has announced the sale of the "Leisure" branch of its French subsidiary HAVAS VOYAGES to the German travel agency C+N CONDOR + NECKERMANN. The American group will nevertheless retain a 100% stake in the "business travel and tourism" division of HAVAS VOYAGES (annual turnover of FF 10.8 bn). The cost of the transaction has not been disclosed. HAVAS VOYAGES LOISIRS has a turnover of FF 6.1 bn and employs 1,540. In addition, C+N has announced that it was not...
