ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) voice technology

The Belgian group LERNOUT & HAUSPIE and American VISTEON (American group FORD) intend creating a joint-venture to design a voice technology application for cars. LERNOUT & HAUSPIE will have a 60% stake in the company, with VISTEON taking the remaining 40%. VISTEON will, moreover invest $20 million in the project.
