Strasbourg, 11/04/2000 (Agence Europe) - Nicole Fontaine, President of the European Parliament, expressed satisfaction on Monday evening about the fact that, that same day, she was able to have a detailed discussion on key questions posed by EU institutional reform during the ministerial meeting of the IGC in Luxembourg (see yesterday's EUROPE, p.6).
