The Spanish group GRUBARGES (turnover EUR 102 million in 1999) is about to conclude the acquisition in the United States of 16 four-star hotels from the investment company DALLAS BREDROCK PARTNERS, for the sum of 56.5 billion pesetas. With this move, the hotel capacity of GRUBARGES will increase from 3,750 to 7,600 rooms.
