HAUS+CAPITAL, German originating company specialised in Internet mortgages and TMO - THE MORTGAGE OPERATION announced their merger to form CREDIWEB, the "first pan-European company selling mortgages and financial products through their Internet". The company sold a total of pro-forms credits of EUR 1.7 billion. It is already considering a new acquisition, that of the Italian Internet company TS INTERNET - TECNOLOGIE+SPAZIO INTERNET.
