US fund manager TROWE PRICE is to acquire the 50% that it does not yet hold in its joint venture ROWE PRICE-FLEMING INTERNATIONAL (about £26 billion in management funds) from its partner, the British investment bank ROBERT FLEMING, which is in the process of being taken over by CHASE MANHATTAN (see previous page).
