The CPR - COMPAGNIE PARISIENNE DE REESCOMPTE ceded its private banking activities to the private bank LLOYDS BANK SA (British group LLOYDS TSB) for around EUR 40 million. This transaction covers shares with a total value of around EUR 1.2 billion.
