The Spanish electricity companies ENDESA and UNIÓN FENOSA as well as TELECOM ITALIA announced the creation of a holding baptised AUNA that will be responsible for managing and increasing their stake in telecommunications the sector. ENDESA will hold 38.89% of the capital, TELECOM ITALIA 37.50% and FENOSA 23.61%.
