The Danish company services group ISS (turnover of 19.8 billion Danish Kroners (DKK) with a staff of 216,700 employees) will take control of the French cleaning company KLINOS (annual turnover of around EUR 134 million, 8,000 employees). Thanks to this operation, ISS ABILIS FRANCE, the French subsidiary of ISS, should raise itself to the top of the French cleaning sector with a turnover of EUR 631 million and a workforce of 40,000 people.
