Advocate General Alber proposes France should be found guilty of public procurement irregularities of FF. 1.4 billion

Luxembourg, 31/03/2000 (Agence Europe) - Advocate General Alber recommends that the Court find France guilty of irregularities committed in a series of public procurement tenders, for a total amount of FF 1.4 billion in 1995 for the renovation and the overall maintenance of high schools in the Nord-Pas de Calais region.
