DEUTSCHE TELEKOM is to spend some $565 million to become the major shareholder of RADIOMOBIL, the second largest mobile phone operator in the Czech Republic. This operation will go through C-MOBIL - a consortium in which the German operator has a 84.5% stake and TELECOM ITALIA 12% - which has thus agreed to exercise an option to pay for a 30% capital increase in RADIOMOBIL, taking its share from 49% to 61%.
