Mr. Monti will invite Commission to entrust Court of Justice with case of state aid to Westdeutsche Landesbank

Brussels, 31/03/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Commissioner for Competition, Mario Monti decided to invite the Commission to pass to the Court of Justice the case of aid from the North Rhine-Westphalia Land to the public regional bank Westdeutsche Landesbank Girozentral. The Commission should give a verdict next 12 April.
