Ankara, 31/03/2000 (Agence Europe) - As expected, the Portuguese Presidency has approached Turkey following news published in the Turkish daily "Sabah" according to which the authorities have drawn up a list of "personae non gratae" in Turkey, comprising the names of 56 foreigners.
