In France, SNCF - SOCIETY NATIONALE DES CHEMINS DE FER and LA POSTE have concluded an agreement in the fields of transport and logistics. This agreement will take the form of the creation of a new company, held to the tune of 51% by LA POSTE and 49% by GEODIS, France's foremost transport company in which the railway company has a 43.6% stake.
