Brussels/Geneva, 23/03/2000 (Agence Europe) - A panel of experts from the World Trade Organisation has tackled the differences over the pharmaceutical patent regime in Canada, by issuing a mixed verdict that validates part of the European Union challenge while approving the Canadian argument on the second aspect of this affair, linked to the respecting of the TRIPs agreements in intellectual property.
