Brussels, 23/03/2000 (Agence Europe) - "The IPSA is an medium to long-term instrument, it is not an emergency instrument" stated the head for the IPSA unit, Fiedemann Allgayer, when presenting to the press the results of a mission recently made to Hungary and Romania to evaluate, in the field, the missions that the pre-accession structural instruments could fund, following the pollution of the Danube.
