Lisbon, 23/03/2000 (Agence Europe) - The ideas of the Portuguese Presidency for this Lisbon Summit "go in the right direction", and the Socialists governments of the European Union "are coming more and more towards us", but our fear is that "good words" will not be followed by deeds.
