Lisbon, 23/03/2000 (Agence Europe) - The Foreign Ministers of the European Union and Mexico, meeting on Thursday for a Joint Council, approved the results of the negotiations for a free trade area between the EU and Mexico, with implementation scheduled to begin on 1 July next.
