Employees posted to anther Member State by an undertaking providing temporary personnel may remain affiliated to the social security system of the Member State in which the undertaking has its headquarters

Luxembourg, 10/02/2000 (Agence Europe) - Employees posted by a undertaking providing temporary personnel in a Member State may conserve their affiliation to the social security system of the Member State in which the undertaking has its Headquarters provided that the undertaking normally carries on significant activities there.
