TPG -TNT POST GROEP- (turnover of EUR 7.4 billion in 1999), the Dutch express delivery, logistics and rapid transport group, has announced the takeover, for an unspecified amount, of 60% of the French logistics company MENDY DEVELOPPEMENT (sales of FRF 280 million in 1999 with 400 employees). It will have an option on buying the remaining 40% at a later date.
