ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) car rental

The car rental firm SIXT AG has acquired all the capital of the British company UNITED KENNING RENTAL GROUP (annual turnover equivalent to DM 400 million). This acquisition will make SIXT the leader in this sector in the United Kingdom with an annual turnover of around DM 450 million.
