Sweden's GUNNEBO has paid an undisclosed amount for a controlling share in the French firm SECURITY ACTIVITY (MATRA NORTEL COMMUNICATIONS group; turnover of FRF 25 million in 1999 with 16 employees), specialised in security systems for business.
