ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) waste

SITA (French group SUEZ LYONNAISE DES EAUX) has signed an agreement for the acquisition of 58% of RENOFLEX, one of the principal waste collectors in the Copenhagen (Denmark) area. SITA will buy all the shares owned by the cities of Copenhagen and Fredriksberg, and the remaining 42% will remain in the hands of R98.
