BCE EMERGIS, the Internet branch of the Canadian telecommunications group BCE INC is to acquire the American company UP&UP - UNITED PAYORS & UNITED PROVIDERS INC. The latter will be merged with BCE EMERGIS CORP, a fully American branch of the Canadian group.
