Brussels, 25/01/2000 (Agence Europe) - On Monday, the General Affairs Council did not reach, as Mr Gama said, a consensus on lifting the ban on flights and suspension of the embargo on oil products against Belgrade (Ed.: mainly because of British and Dutch reserve). The Council adopted Conclusions on the Western Balkans, the main points of which follow:
