The Belgian firm RESILUX, manufacturer of moulds for bottles in PET, is to acquire a 100% stake in the Swiss firm ALTOPLAST-CLAROPAC (turnover of some BEF 1 bn in 1999, with three plants in Switzerland), specialised in the same sector.
