Brussels, 25/01/2000 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday, the European Commission will adopt a Communication to the Council regarding the list of third countries whose nationals are subjected to visa obligations to cross the EU's external borders. In that context, the Commission will propose lifting the visa obligation for the two candidate countries for accession for which this obligation is still in force, Romania and Bulgaria.
