Brussels, 25/01/2000 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday, the European Commission is to adopt its "opinion" on the convening of the Intergovernmental Conference that will have to negotiate the Union's institutional reform, considered necessary in view of the EU's enlargement to applicant countries, notably Central and Eastern European.
